Some tips on squat depth and body positions.


✅Torso and Shins should be parallel at the bottom position

✅Everybody squats different

✅Depth is dependant on maintaining proper positions


❌There is no perfect way to squat.


Everyone’s anatomy is different which means as a coach we need to find the right stance and cues to help you squat as effectively and safely as possible.
