The SCC Fitness Warm Up

Two key components of exercise are the warm up and mobility work. Most everyone understands that warm ups are important and that it is key to increase your core temperature and increase blood flow into your muscles before beginning more intense forms of exercise.

The thing most people over look is mobility and the role it plays in every exercise that you perform.

With these two overlooked components of exercise in mind SCC Fitness asks every member to perform a specific warm up before they begin class or training. Check out our video covering this warm up.
